Begynderens guide til mindfulness
MBSR stands for Mindfulness-based stress reduction and is an 8-week course, with weekly meetings lasting 2.5 hours + a full day, which includes teaching, dialogue and exercises.
February 1, 8, 22, March 1, 8, 16, 22, 29.
In addition, there will be a full day session of silence on Saturday, March 18nd 9.00 AM – 4.00 PM.
Time: Wednesdays 4.00 PM – 6.30 PM, reserve 30 minutes extra for the first session, and 60 minutes extra for the last session.
